Located on the Mumbai-Agra Highway at Nardana, Dhule (Maharashtra), our 5-acre integrated manufacturing facility represents decades of investment in technology and infrastructure. This facility enables complete in-house production from raw material to finished wire products.
Our facility houses multiple wet and dry drawing lines capable of producing wire in the diameter range of 0.17 mm to 4.00 mm. Advanced drawing machines with computerized speed control ensure consistent quality and dimensional accuracy across all production runs.
The lead bath patenting furnaces at our facility are designed for precise temperature control, ensuring optimal metallurgical transformation of the steel. This process is critical for achieving the desired tensile strength and ductility in high carbon steel wires.
Our hot-dip galvanizing plant provides corrosion protection for wire products. The process involves thorough surface preparation followed by immersion in molten zinc, creating a robust protective coating.
Dedicated strand and rope manufacturing sections produce wire strands (0.80 mm to 3.00 mm) and steel wire ropes (1.00 mm to 8.00 mm). Precision stranding machines ensure balanced construction and consistent lay for optimal performance.
Our in-house testing laboratory is equipped for tensile strength analysis, dimensional verification, surface inspection, and compliance validation per IS and ISO standards.
