Shreeji Wire Industries is actively expanding its production capabilities to meet the growing demand from OEMs and Tier-I suppliers. Our current annual capacity of 12,000 MT is being expanded to 18,000 MT through strategic investments in new machinery, plant layout optimization, and process improvements.
A comprehensive plant layout redesign is underway to improve material flow efficiency and reduce handling time. The new layout will enable smoother progression of materials through the various production stages, from raw material receipt to finished goods dispatch.
New wire drawing machines with advanced automation features are being installed to increase throughput while maintaining quality. Upgraded heat treatment systems will provide greater temperature precision and consistency across larger batch sizes.
The expanded capacity will also support emerging applications, including optical fiber cable tensile elements, which require high-strength, precision-drawn steel wires. This diversification will strengthen our position in the telecommunications infrastructure sector.
These investments reflect our long-term commitment to being a reliable, scalable supply partner for our customers. With the expanded capacity, we will be better positioned to support large-scale OEM demand and take on new long-term supply partnerships.
